Shipping & Returns

All Rovingwork products come with a full manufacturer’s warranty that covers manufacturing defects or faults for a period of 12 months from the date of original purchase, when the product is purchased from Rovingwork or through an authorised reseller.

Warranty does not cover wear and tear and does not apply to damage caused by accident, abuse, misuse, or modification of the Product.

If a problem occurs with your product within its warranty period, please send an email to hello@rovingwork.com.au with a description and photo of the fault along with a copy of your proof of purchase. Please allow 2-3 business days for us to respond to your enquiry.

Please send the item to Perth, Western Australia for inspection. We’ll provide the exact address upon you contacting us.

Your item will be assessed and if covered by warranty, the fault will be repaired and the item returned to you free of charge. In the case that no repair is possible, the item will be replaced or refunded.

If we determine that your return is not covered by warranty then any costs associated with returning your item to you will be your responsibility.

Return Policy

Second thoughts? No dramas. Within 28 days of purchase you can exchange your purchase for another Rovingwork product, or a credit note. To receive a refund your product must be returned to our warehouse in Perth, Australia in unused condition with the original tags attached and in the original, undamaged packaging. For online purchases you will be responsible for the return postage costs.

If your new purchase costs less than your original choice, we'll give you a credit note to cover the difference.

Please note that shipping is non-refundable. If you choose to receive a credit note, the cost of shipping your original purchase will be deducted. For exchanges you will be required to pay the shipping costs of the new item(s). 

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service for proof of delivery or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not accept liability for lost/missing/returned deliveries.

Late or missing refunds 

- Please allow up to 10 working days to receive your refund.
- If you have still not received your refund after 10 working days, please contact your credit card company or financial institution to see if your refund is still being processed. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. 
- If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at hello@rovingwork.com.au.
